Canning is a small town and is perfect to get away from the crowded streets of Wolfville which is a short drive away. We ate at Dickie-Baxter Taproom and were impressed with the quality of the meal. I want to return to try Cider House Fish and Chips and the Artistic restaurant next door. If it was summer, we would have walked to the ice cream shop down the street.
