We're very upset with the truck situation, the stuff at hotel made it will better, provided special treats for the kids and Perrier in our room. Also housekeeping stuff helped us to take care of dishes, exceptional.

My husband had a stroke and since it was all new to me I didn't think of asking for a room with a walk in shower or on the ground floor at first. We were given the room with no problem and weren't charged any more. The shower was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. The staff on check-in and check-out were very nice.
