I can say that it everything was perfect for my group and I. It was clean, cozy, quiet, the staff was always there for you to help and they were very friendly, you have options for parking. The hotel had all the things we needed for our trip. It is also close to the beach (10 minutes walk). We can’t wait to come back here. We will always choose this hotel with open hearts.

Its really great hotel with superb location, staff is great, hotel is clean and we really enjoyed it. (We were with motorcycle which was parked literaly in front od doors so staff can see it 0-24. So bikers if You search for hotel on sunny beach this is it.

The hotel is not big, very cosy and comfortable, the location is great - not far from the sea, close to the main street with bars and souvenirs, yet the street is very queit in the evening. There are several supermarkets close to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and the room service does their job very well.

    Horrible, it is not a resort, it is a big dirty city, expensive and ugly ! There are much better places in the world where one could spend their money and time! Too bad for the ruined beautiful nature with overbuild areas without decent roads or parking spots. I will not recommend it to anyone unless if you want to see how far the corruption in Bulgaria had gone, loosing control over everything.

    You can enjoy here both in the mornings and at nights as you can enjoy the beach during the day and you can find a lot of entertainment facilities at night as there is an active nightlife here. However, you should not expect a lot from the sea, which is wavy and which does not have clear aqua-blue water.

    I had a relatively normal time there, but for the same money, I'd rather choose Greece or Turkey next time. It would be cheaper, with warmer water, cleaner beaches, and overall lower prices. McDonald's was insanely expensive — 2–3 times more than usual. Other places were cheaper but still not exactly cheap. Honestly, I don’t understand why the prices are so high, considering the infrastructure doesn’t look great. I also felt like most services were tailored mainly for russians — in most places, staff greeted me in Russian first (not even in Bulgarian), and sometimes they didn’t speak any English at all but russian. So, if you don’t want to be surrounded by russians, it’s better to choose a different destination.

    Has smartened up in recent years and offers something for everyone if you look around. Long stretch of beach is lovely. Service has improved though food quality apart from Hawaii Bar was hit and miss, as was the entertainment apart from the Harp Bar guitarists and the new Freddie Mercury tribute singer with accompanying guitarist at Jack's bar which was the best ever bar entertainment in Bulgaria. Still a decent place to holiday

    It is a great hub location with access to the beach (all ages), fun fair, family events etc but also the opportunity to access Old Nessebar. It was busy but not overcrowded. The water was cool, clear and clean with fish and crabs to see. The sand was very clean. Activities on the beach were well organised and reasonably priced. A full length walk is a great workout with stunning views of sunsets and the city. A great place for visitors of all ages with or without children.

    Buyer beware, I booked a sea view room and on my arrival I...

    Buyer beware, I booked a sea view room and on my arrival I was told it had been allocated to someone else i was offered a much poorer room and refused it eventually we were sent to Fort Knox Elenite a long distance away from the sea view apartment . I contacted booking.com help line and phoned them but they did nothing to help if I was asked to review booking.com I would give them nil out of five stars. My advice to anyone booking a sea view room at Green Fort is it is likely you will not get the apartment you booked.

    The staff was very polite and friendly, for any of our questions they were willing to advise and help. The rooms were cleaned every single day, the Breakfast was balanced with vegetables, fruit and dessert included, The restaurant is a beautiful garden with fountain and flowers. The beach is in front of the hotel, from the balcony we had a beautiful sea side view. This is our second time staying here and if we come back to Sunny Beach again, we will definitely stay in Shipka.

    Ok hotel, food not 4* - entertainment staff word hard but basic entertainment and a kids club that no child went to as it was uninviting at best. Drinks were ok - mixers were branded but everything else was poor. Not a luxury hotel and sunny beach has a Benidorm vibe with lots of casinos if (like me) you don’t know what to expect! Hotel has a weekly competition for prizes if you complete a review on tripadvisor which can be the only way they have such a high score imo!

    It was the 4th time we have been here...We are a family of 2 adults, a teenager and a child of 9 years old. Every time we come, we are welcomed, the children are happy, the grown ups are happy! There is something to do for all ages, the entertainment team are lovely. The food is something for everyone again, I would say, something to Please all palates...The hotel is right in the centre of Sunny beach though, so Please only expect quiet from 5am-8.am 😁😳🫢😂

    There was a friendly welcome at reception from Tsveti. The room was fine, with a nice balcony. Short walk to the centre of Sunny Beach. Room was comfortable. We slept well and then had a nice breakfast the following morning. This is a fine hotel, with a friendly, homely atmosphere. From Tsveti in reception, to the cleaners and the staff on breakfast the next morning, they were all smiling, helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
