The owner and all the hotel crew will make you feel very comfortable during your holidays. The hotel is clear, service changes towels and cleans rooms every day. The food is delicious and the meals are very big. Very good bar with alcohol and drinks. There is about 5 minutes on feet to the beach. Bus stop near the hotel if you want to go to Sveti Vlas or Nessebar. Big thanks for the hotel crew especially for Zlatina and Mietko!

Its really great hotel with superb location, staff is great, hotel is clean and we really enjoyed it. (We were with motorcycle which was parked literaly in front od doors so staff can see it 0-24. So bikers if You search for hotel on sunny beach this is it.

- The location is excellent — right on the beachfront, with one of the quietest beaches in the area. - Secure on-site parking is included, and the staff kindly reserved a spot for us. - The entire team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. Special thanks to administrator, who even helped us with our child’s tooth issue — she’s also a dentist! - Any small concerns were quickly taken care of as soon as we contact reception - Food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced, lower then in center that make more sensable to order dinner to room. We often ordered dinner to our room and enjoyed it on the spacious terrace with a sea view — much nicer than the crowded restaurants in the center. - Both the adult and kids’ pools were good, big enough and always uncrowded with plenty of space to relax, possible because early season during our stay. - We stayed in a big enough apartment with a separate bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a huge sea-view terrace. We were on the 5th floor — peaceful, with nothing blocking the view, just the beach and the sea. - Housekeeping was excellent — they cleaned while we were at breakfast and even washed our dishes a few times! - The sea has a gentle slope and coarse sand, making it perfect and safe for children. The shallow entrance also helps the water stay warmer than at many nearby beaches. - The hotel is at the beginning of the promenade — a great place for walks or a ride on the tourist train.

The hotel is not big, very cosy and comfortable, the location is great - not far from the sea, close to the main street with bars and souvenirs, yet the street is very queit in the evening. There are several supermarkets close to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is big, clean and the room service does their job very well.

    Extremely crowded city. Food in restoraunts is meh at best. Sea is clean but you cannot swim, lifeguards don't allow to go further then 1.5m depth and if a small breeze blowing- further then ankle depth, so if you want to enjoy the sea-choose a different location.

    Horrible, it is not a resort, it is a big dirty city, expensive and ugly ! There are much better places in the world where one could spend their money and time! Too bad for the ruined beautiful nature with overbuild areas without decent roads or parking spots. I will not recommend it to anyone unless if you want to see how far the corruption in Bulgaria had gone, loosing control over everything.

    You can enjoy here both in the mornings and at nights as you can enjoy the beach during the day and you can find a lot of entertainment facilities at night as there is an active nightlife here. However, you should not expect a lot from the sea, which is wavy and which does not have clear aqua-blue water.

    I had a relatively normal time there, but for the same money, I'd rather choose Greece or Turkey next time. It would be cheaper, with warmer water, cleaner beaches, and overall lower prices. McDonald's was insanely expensive — 2–3 times more than usual. Other places were cheaper but still not exactly cheap. Honestly, I don’t understand why the prices are so high, considering the infrastructure doesn’t look great. I also felt like most services were tailored mainly for russians — in most places, staff greeted me in Russian first (not even in Bulgarian), and sometimes they didn’t speak any English at all but russian. So, if you don’t want to be surrounded by russians, it’s better to choose a different destination.

    Has smartened up in recent years and offers something for everyone if you look around. Long stretch of beach is lovely. Service has improved though food quality apart from Hawaii Bar was hit and miss, as was the entertainment apart from the Harp Bar guitarists and the new Freddie Mercury tribute singer with accompanying guitarist at Jack's bar which was the best ever bar entertainment in Bulgaria. Still a decent place to holiday

    It is a great hub location with access to the beach (all ages), fun fair, family events etc but also the opportunity to access Old Nessebar. It was busy but not overcrowded. The water was cool, clear and clean with fish and crabs to see. The sand was very clean. Activities on the beach were well organised and reasonably priced. A full length walk is a great workout with stunning views of sunsets and the city. A great place for visitors of all ages with or without children.

Food store near the hotel. Sushi bar near the hotel. Vending and coffee machine in front of the property. Very beautiful swimming pool. Nice relax area near the pool. One of the best hotels that I heave ever stayed.

    End of season, and Sunny Beach was about to close down. I really appreciated the tranquility. I guess the surroundings of the hotel can be a party-mayhem in high-season, and that's not my cup of tea any longer. Had a lovely, relaxing week both at the excellent pool-area at the hotel and at the beach close by. All inclusive worked perfectly for me.
