The hotel is excellently located, 3 minutes from the center. The service was impeccable, the hotel is clean and extremely quiet and has free parking. We also felt extremely good at the restaurant, where we spent the evening with a glass of wine. We will return whenever we decide to stay overnight in Ruse.

Nice and calm location, it deserves money for experience of boat hotel, food and drinks were good… i like the hospitality and welcoming of receptionist, he guided me well , an experienced boy. Breakfast was included and kind of ok, the only thing i saw it as an issue, wasn’t any outside light to enjoy the river view during night time…

The reception and kitchen were on outstanding level. I had multiple questions about the city as it was my first time here in Ruse, the receptionist managed to answer them all and provided me with helpful tips. The level of cleaning was excellent as well.
