Communicative owners, very nice, open and polite. The facility is well equipped and maintained with extraordinary care and attention to cleanliness inside and out. Room equipment is adequate. We came for the Hills of Rock festival, because Plovdiv was fully booked, and it was great. It had everything we needed, reasonable price, and excellent location in Asenovgrad near shops and a great park on the river. During the days we also visited the Asen’s Fortress and the Monastery of Bachkovo.

The owner is very pleasant and friendly. We arrived at night, starving. She drove us to a lical night supermarket to get some food, helped out with navigation of the town as was our first time here. Goes above and beyond for their customers.

The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the town center. Our room was large, well furnished, and comfortable, with a large balcony. THe breakfast was great, good choice every day. Could not fault the hotel in any way - the staff were lovely and helpful, the hotel was spotless and looked the part, too. There was free parking, right outside the hotel, where we could see the car from our room.
