First and foremost hotel is located few seconds away from the beach. Literally wake up and either use hotel pool or go to warm black sea. Staff is unbelievably friendly shout out to owners! Parking space at the back of the hotel. Air conditioning in every room. Balcony in every room. Price!! Omg 😳You can’t get anything cheap incl breakfast! Area during night time is quiet so if you like can leave window open etc. Pictures you see are accurate everything is new. We would definitely book again with them!

Very nice and cozy hotel with super friendly staff. The rooms are equipped with all you need. The reception is nice decorated. Good location if you want to be close to Cacao beach. The food in the restaurant is delicious.

The owner and all the hotel crew will make you feel very comfortable during your holidays. The hotel is clear, service changes towels and cleans rooms every day. The food is delicious and the meals are very big. Very good bar with alcohol and drinks. There is about 5 minutes on feet to the beach. Bus stop near the hotel if you want to go to Sveti Vlas or Nessebar. Big thanks for the hotel crew especially for Zlatina and Mietko!

Its really great hotel with superb location, staff is great, hotel is clean and we really enjoyed it. (We were with motorcycle which was parked literaly in front od doors so staff can see it 0-24. So bikers if You search for hotel on sunny beach this is it.
