Zaventem is close to the airport - our main reason for choosing this town. It is an easy journey by train into Brussels central which I would recommend because traffic and parking is difficult. Very clean room, in walking distance from airport (30 min), simple check-in/out, flat TV, convenient shower and kitchen corner, good for shorter stay for reasonable price. Zaventem is just the airport.
Zaventem is just the airport. For me, it was ideal that the hotel was right in front of the airport since I needed to catch a flight the next morning very early. We were also a rather large group of 7 people. Thus, we saved some good money in transportation. You get plenty of space in the room and to work. USB charging points are to hand by the bed, traditional plug points are a bit hidden. You are provided with an iron/ironing board which is welcome and unusual. Location is NOT so close to the airport (you cannot walk it). Location is fairly close to the airport. 13 euro with an Uber, and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby, and I enjoyed a nice stroll around the town, and the lands nearby.
