The breakfast choice is very extensive and high quality. Eva makes you feel welcome and her husband was kind enough to introduce us to the horses they breed.

A really beautiful property with so many thoughtful touches. Clearly lots of care has been taken and this is evident throughout. Excellent decor and style making it a cosy and comfortable apartment whilst still reminding spacious. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent - hot and powerful. It was beautifully clean and had everything you could need for a great stay. The apartment was well equipped with all the kitchen utensils you could need and lots of little extras to help make your stay easier. We loved the little tea/coffee station. The stairs are a little steep - no problem for us but perhaps something to be aware of for others. The parking is on the street which can be busy but we got parked both nights. An easy walk to nearby shops and despite being near the centre it was still quiet at night.

    It is ok to visit St Niklaas for 1 day as it is small town.

    It is ok to visit St Niklaas for 1 day as it is small town. It is good in combination with the visit to Antwerp. There are few historical sights. The restaurants usually close at 22.00 so make sure that you go to eat on time.

    Sint Niklaas is wonderful to those like us who like to walk...

    Sint Niklaas is wonderful to those like us who like to walk around and discover great Art Deco houses from the 30s and find wonderful places where we can eat great food. All in short walking distance. We went to a great concert of New York band The Lucky Chops in De Casino. Unfortunately, we didn't find a record shop in the city centre. I think there is none. We recommend going to nearby Gent for this. Quite exquisite holiday if you plan to visit both cities!

    Good location, we used the hotel as a stopover on our way to Holland. Public car park is opposite so parking is easy, The only negative is the noise levels, people leaving early/late are very audible. Otherwise a nice hotel.

    A nice small town based around the market square with...

    A nice small town based around the market square with plentiful bars and restaurant around it, very pleasant for wasting an afternoon away. Local train station will take you into Antwerp within half hour or so.

    Nice hotel, great sound proofing. Parking is close and the rate is reduced (buy a ticket just before you go). Breakfast was ace and so much choice! Staff were engaging with great English.
