I stayed here for a night last summer on my way to the UK, and virtually at the last minute (due to unsure travel plans) booked for one night again this year. Last year the only gripe I had was that the room TV wasn't tuned. This year, no problem; an array of possibilities on offer from free TV to Prime or Netflix, etc. I was very impressed by the hotel last year, and this year is no different. Excellent fine food (a mix of haute and moderne cuisine) in the restaurant, relatively economical for such a high standard of cooking and presentation. Again, a nice mix of hotel residents and local (probably regular) customers at dinner (the terrace was actually full when I arrived in the afternoon), very family friendly, with good service and, sitting outside in the garden terrace, a genuinely lovely ambience. And once again, an excellent room: very clean, very tidy, fabulous bathroom, very comfortable bed, fast WiFi, and nice touches like an Nespresso machine, free mineral water, and some yummy toffees. And, of course, a functioning Telly! This really is a great place to stay for a night, or even more. It is out of the way, in the middle of the countryside, and you need a car to get there. But it is worth it! Prices vary, of course, and it can be expensive under certain circumstances. But it is still fantastic value for money, and I will try to stay there again next August for a night on my way to my annual holiday in the UK. Even just the Chateaubriande in the restaurant makes Ferme d'Ecavéé well worth a visit!!!

The hotel was nice & clean. The room size was good. The staff was very friendly. We travelled with kids and we got rooms nearby the restaurant area where it was easy to go and get the coffee and/or tea anytime we wanted.

Everything was much more than we expected. The farm have rooms and bathrooms very clean. The restaurant is exceptional, with many kind of food, very attractive decorated and with professional and friendly staff, same for the girl from reception. If you just love the countryside, the outside view is just like in stories. We'll come back with pleasure.

Amazing property with amazing hosts Patrick, Valerie & Annie. Not forgetting their gorgeous dog Zeus. The annex with two lovely big en suite rooms was very modern with a massive garden & big garage to securely store our motorbike. A communal kitchen with a fridge stocked with complimentary beer, spirits, milk & cold water & a Nespresso machine. Great breakfast with (among other things) fresh sliced bread, omelette, homemade preserves with the fruits grown in their garden & local honey & homemade cake. What more can you ask for? We would without a doubt stay again & recommend it to all of our friends. Only a 15 min walk from the village centre with a lovely restaurant serving the best pizza we've ever had! It was a stop over for us, but it is apparently a great base for cyclists and hikers.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel – it exceeded all my expectations! What impressed me the most was the stunning interior design. Every detail, from the elegant furniture to the thoughtfully chosen colors and lighting, created a warm and luxurious atmosphere. It truly felt like staying in a boutique gallery. What also made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. We loved EVERYTHING about this apartment! Our hosts were so lovely and helpful, from detailed check-in instructions to breakfast delivered in the morning. The apartment was safe, lovely, clean, and well appointed with everything we needed for several days in Tournai. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station, with a good connection to Lille. The neighborhood is FANTASTIC, with beautiful buildings, lovely restaurants, and convenient supermarkets. And to top it off, the price was excellent. We would 100% return to this apartment the next time we are in Tournai!
