The hotel is new and it shows. The rooms are large, the staff is very attentive and accommodating. Jeremiah Jackson did our check-in and we could not be more grateful for his service. We specifically asked for his name so we could thank him properly and give him a shout out. Thank you sir! As the hotel is new, it’s not an oiled machine yet, but the staff works hard, is very friendly and that makes everything perfect.

Excellent Hotel,comfortable, good selection of food in the Restaurant and a great selection for Breakfast.The staff were friendly and helpful..It is about 6/8 minutes by Taxi to the airport. Will definitely be booking this Hotel again.

Modern, very clean, and big rooms. We liked the divan in the room. Was very surprising. Not an average hotel room furniture. Hotel is very well equipped with fitness room, billiard table etc. We liked the 24h vending machines in the hall. Many happy people playing billiard or having fun at the bar, good vibes on our arrival in the evening. Even though next to the airport, to our surprise the room was very quiet. Being in the "pampas", you have much space for walking your dog.

    Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

    There was a very unpleasant odour in the room, and I couldn’t find the source. We kept the window open the entire time. If we hadn’t been so tired from the 10-hour drive, I would definitely have complained and asked for another room.

    Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

    I travel here for work on a regular basis.

    I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

    The facility was nicely presented and matched the internet description. There's also free shuttle bus service to the hotel from Brussels airport. Likewise, you can walk 10 minutes to Zervetem station from the hotel to connect metro to anywhere if you want to save a few euros on transportation. They have good customer relation services.....helpful staff. Kudos!

    Very nice room - stylish bathroom, comfortable bed, big screen TV with lots of free channels in various languages. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice (cooked and cold). Good location - 10 minute walk from Diegem station (for trains to/from central Brussels) and if you don't have much luggage it is possible to walk to/from the airport in less than an hour.

    Good location if you arrive or would leave from Brussels airport. But a bit far from city center. Restaurant and food available on the lobby. Train station (Diegem) not far if you need to go to Brussels airport or to city center. There was a paddel court. The room was not too big but fairly clean.

    Dinner and drinks in brasserie on arrival. Nice. Shuttle to airport an excellent service. Dudnt have time on this visit but liked that the train to Brussels centre is directly opposite the hotel. Would definitely return. Thank you.
