Loved the Hotel. Everything was amazing. The hotel was actually like a palace with all the luxuries and all amenities. The breakfast was also very good. The staff was good as well. The rooms were the best and the location of the hotel is also extremely amazing. All the activities are available from a hotel just next to this hotel. Kids were extremely happy with this hotel. Free parking and free valet service.

There is nothing to dislike, so close to Shahdag activities. 2 min drive to Zirve where all activities happen, 5 mins to Shahdag resort. The view from room was the mountain with snow patches and the roller coaster and rope way rides. Awesome stay overall.

Our favorite part of the house was the small, private, heated pool. We spent hours in it! The location was quiet and secluded. When the snow fell, it was like something out of a painting. So lovely!

We stayed with family at Shahdag Mountain House for one night - everything was perfect! The house is clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Fresh bed linen, clean towels, and a pleasant atmosphere inside made us feel at home. A special thanks to the host - he was always in touch and helped with everything we needed. The view of the mountains from the window is simply stunning - a real retreat for the soul. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in the mountains. The house was amazing.. The host did every effort to make it comfortable for us.. The house is new.. Everything looks like we are using it for first time.. Every basic amnity was available. The room view was outstanding.. The bathrooms were clean and hot water was there.. We loved it..

    High in the mountains with nice temperature in the heat of the summer. take a jacket with you! There is not much to do if you are not a hiker. There is a beautiful man made lake, you can get on the teleferik. a slide, there are iglo like tables with a fireplace. there is a small cafe stand with food , drinks and Shisha. There are a few stores but they are closed during the summer.

    Everything about Shahdag was great.

    Everything about Shahdag was great. From smooth check-in to excellent staff. The guest relation department was super helpful and had a warm reception, especially Kamila. The general manager, Mr Sabuhi Ismahilov, was also very helpful, offering cake and 30 min Jacuzzi time as complimentary for my birthday. He would be seen engaging with and checking on guests. The breakfast buffet was superb, as there was at least something for everyone. We ate dinner at the 4th-floor restaurant, and the service was good. The food was great. It's easy to get around Shahdag, there is a local shuttle bus, rollercoaster and chairlifts.For nature lovers you can easily walk around and enjoy the beautiful nature! Lot's of activities offered it's great.

    you have to listen to your customer and make some exception for the rare situation ... i have tried many many times to let you know you that i will not be able to reach the hotel because my flight was cancelled due to the war .. but you insist to take my money without any care

    Gondola ride , takes you to the top.

    Gondola ride , takes you to the top. Only part Covered in Snow in March end. Other places, not much of snow. We had a snowfall just before travel or else, we would have been slightly disappointed. Best time would be Dec-Feb. Wont recommend self-drive at all, especially for families.

    The Park Chalet Hotel was very comfortable and with a beautiful view of Shadagh mountain peak, providing the perfect backdrop for a memorable stay. The surroundings were just as impressive.Shadagh created some unforgettable memories with its charming ambiance and their food also delicious. Highly recommend.

    Beautiful view of Shahdag Mountain. Equipped with all the necessary facilities. Rooms were very top notch. I like that bath are and toilet were separate. Staff were very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is awesome and very organized despite the rush. Loved their freshly squeezed orange juice. Had the best Beef Burger in a long time just outside the hotel at ‘Fridays’. Not sure if it was part of their property or not. Their Spa is also too good. Had massage from there which was very very relaxing.

    There was no breakfast included in the rate. You can order the breakfast separately but the restaurant starts working at 10am. If you need earlier, you won't be able to do it. The location was very good, by car 2 minutes to Shahdag hotel, 3 minutes to Zirve hotel. Rather clean, all kitchen amenities available. If you make the reservation through Booking website, you can use SPA in Shahdag hotel for free.

    The best hotel in Shahdag. From the rooms with all the amenities to all the staff who are so polite and helpful this is just a perfect getaway from Baku. The resort has all tbe facilities and they even provide you turkish bath with Sauna for free. Right infront of the hotel is the alpine coaster and so are the other activities. Loved my stay here. Would highly recommened this stay when you are in shahdag.
