Nice property, attached to tourist spot Nohur Lake. Good service, clean and restaurant nearby for room service. Nice breakfast. We stayed for 1 day halt as a family. !! Morning walk on Nohur Lake was exciting !! Lake view is not from the apartment, after 2 mins walk !!

We have chosen this hotel with my family for a quick 1 night stay. I would say that I have been AMAZED by the hospitality and the concept of the hotel. Not to mention, the comfort and the design of the Hotel that is located near the Hills and Mountains, which is something rarely seen in Azerbaijani region hotels. Although we have been greeted with not so ideal weather conditions, Hill Chalet Hotel Qabala did not fail to deliver their services to the best of their needs. Safe to say, they really exceeded my expectations. Definitely planning on coming back and staying for al lot more than 1 night next time! Special thanks to Mister Tayyar, Mister Elmar and Mister Farid for their hospitality and extra attention to the detail :) As someone who has been one of the first(if not the first) who booked their stay through this website, I am strongly recommending this Hotel!

We had a very nice day, a beautiful place with a mountain view is waiting for you in the city itself, we used the hot pool, a special place for barbecue, the green large yard and the clean air were very nice, we liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the hotel was very warm despite the snowy weather.

    Gabala is a very nice, green area with many facilities around. Its a great place for relaxation and exploring the mountains. Some of the popular activities are a bit underwhelming, like the Tufandag cable car and Yedi Gozel waterfall. I would not recommend these. Instead do day trips to Sheki and Gakh which are very pretty and culturally rich towns

    We spent one night at Qafqaz Tufandag and everything was excellent—service, food, and atmosphere. Although our room was on the ground floor with no view, the outdoor terrace offered breathtaking mountain scenery. Dinner was unforgettable, with a talented Azerbaijani singer adding charm to the evening. The cable car ride was a highlight—peaceful and beautiful. Overall, an exceptional experience.

    Gabala is a fantastic destination for relaxation and family fun, surrounded by lush landscapes and natural beauty. It offers a variety of attractions, including the vibrant Lavender Field, Nohur Lake, the Tufandag Mountain Resort with its scenic cable car rides, and numerous breathtaking waterfalls. It's truly a wonderful place to create memorable moments with loved ones." Roadside restaurants are also amazing.

    Gabala is a beautiful place where one can relax in the midst of nature. The Nohur lake is very beautiful. The cable car ride was stunning. The visits to the Lavender farm, Savalan Winery and Alpaca farm were a great experience.

    Gabala is a small but beautiful city.

    Gabala is a small but beautiful city. One and a half days there is more than enough. The best plan is to stay in Gabala, visit Sheki, and then return to Gabala. This way, the drive to and from Baku isn't too exhausting. That's how we planned our trip, and we felt it was the right decision.

    The hotel was beautiful exterior and interior. We checked many hotels in Gabala and I feel this was the best all it had it all ..... Comfort Cleanliness Spacious rooms Toilets with jet sprays (such a blessing 🙌 ) Courteous staff ( Special mention goes out to Mr.Tural & Mr.Emil) Great facilities Picturesque ...name it and this hotel had it ! We absolutely loved our stay here and will recommend it to all our friends and families. When ever we get back to gabala we will definitely stay at the same hotel !

    this is where you go to relax and be with nature but also enjoy a beautiful hotel. staff were very helpful they arranged our transfer from Baku to Gabala and back. food was delicious and with a variety of choices. the cable car on the 4th floor to go and enjoy the mountains and nature.. we really enjoyed our stay there and definitely will come back in the winter to enjoy the snow.

    Location is perfect to explore the ruins of ancient Gabala. We walked to the ruins from the hotel before breakfast. The hotel is actually located at the Gabala Archaeological Center. We saw two skeletons and many more artifacts on display at the lobby. Breakfast was perfect, served outdoor, in a beautiful gazebo in a beautiful garden.
