A good place to stay. The fixtures need a little TLC but my man and I really didn’t care. Island Escape is a comfy home away from home. It kept us toastie warm and dry in a week filled with lots of wind and rain. We could cook in, relax and go for great blustery walking adventures twice a day. Everything is just 10 mins away by car. A find. Thanks Stephen!

The location was perfect for what we needed. We were walking distance from great cafes and restaurants. We only used our car to visit the penguin parade. The sunsets were so beautiful. We were blessed with perfect weather which made our stay even more magical. It was a well spend $500 a day for the five of us. During daytime there were lots of people around which contributed to the holiday feeling. By night time all the cars were gone and it was very quiet. If we visit Melbourne again we will definitely try to come and stay in apart 1. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

The breakfast was superb. It is stated as continental but it is better than that with poached eggs, bacon and pancakes also available. Freshly prepared Coffee and Tea are served. Richard and Evie are exceptional hosts. The facilities in the room are 5 star and well maintained. The surrounding gardens are beautiful. Perfect location for all the sights on Phillip Island including The nightly penguin parade.

Bernie was a lovely host. She shared a lot of helpful information about the area, such as dinner options and where to visit the following day. We had a great time on the island thanks to Bernie. The room was spacious and clean, and equipped with a powerful air conditioner and a huge bathtub. We had a comfortable night even though it was a cold day as November. The hotel was just 2 mins away from the Penguin Parade but also close enough to the town of Cowe.

Lots of room and finished to a very high standard. Brought my wife here for a birthday weekend getaway and she loved the apartment. The spa bath was lovely and the location was great to get to any of the places of interest. Highly recommended

    Big open yard with secure fence, dog friendly, comfortable beds, good location, good for families ( games, toys). We visited a Wild Life Park went to the Penguin Parade, Did the Boardwalk at the Nobbies, Watched the Pelican feeding in San Remo. Would definitely ho back
