Sydney is always nice to visit.

Sydney is always nice to visit. I was there as a support worker for my tourism events team. Normally I would stay with whānau, they were back in Aotearoa, NZ skiing at Turoa ski fields. Loved the warm weather and cruisy night life.

First visit to Sydney was very good.

First visit to Sydney was very good. Weather was sunny and warm. Second visit was a disaster, raining the whole visit. An appalling experience going to the Accor stadium, half hour train journey, to a location in the middle of nowhere. No bars, cloudbursts at regular intervals. And we lost. A awful experience.

Sydney fantastic city, visit several times a year. Unfortunately, did not stay at Spacious private room study room attached minutes away from Eastwood in Sydney. Booking venue never submitted check in details prior to booking date and never returned voice messages left and no response to emails requesting check in details. $250 payment debited to credit card and requested refund due to no correspondence received from spacious private room study room, I am under impression listing is a scam due to events experienced August 21 & 22 of 2025. Call venue cell number prior to making payment for address details and contact with owner or you will lose prepayment.

Sydney, Australia is simply breathtaking, an absolute gem of the world! From the iconic Sydney Opera House and the dazzling Harbour Bridge to the golden sands of Bondi and Manly Beach, every corner feels like a postcard. The city beautifully blends modern vibrance with laid-back coastal charm, offering world-class dining, stunning waterfront views, and endless cultural experiences. What makes Sydney truly special, though, is the warmth of its people and the incredible energy that flows through the city day and night. If there’s one destination that deserves to be on everyone’s bucket list, it’s Sydney, pure perfection in every way!

I stayed with my family at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport...

I stayed with my family at Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport Hotel for just a day, and our short trip turned out to be a truly wonderful experience. From the hotel, we walked to Woolworths and did some great shopping. Sydney impressed me as a beautiful, well-maintained, and hygienic city. My kids had a lot of fun counting the luxurious cars on the road, many driving at speeds of 80+ km/h, and we were amazed by how quickly and efficiently people moved around the city. The road crossing system especially stood out—it was safe, organized, and fascinating even for the kids. The weather that day was around 27°C, which made our outing very comfortable. We also noticed a variety of Indian and Asian restaurants around the city. For dinner, we ordered through Uber Eats and were very pleased with their fast service. For lunch, we visited Curry Craze, where we thoroughly enjoyed their delicious curries and biryanis. Overall, our short stay in Mascot, Sydney was memorable. Between the comfort of Stamford Plaza, the vibrant city atmosphere, and the food experiences, I can confidently rate the trip 10/10.

Spacious, well furnished, comfortable and very clean rooms, great pool/gym, very nice hotel surroundings and steps away from the Sydney Botanic Gardens. Fantastic breakfast. It is a bit far (20-30 mins walk) from Circular Quay or the CBD but there are plenty of taxis and you can walk through the nearby parks to those destinations. The reception staff were very attentive and concerned about our stay, particularly Jade. If you like hotels a bit away from the noise, this is a perfect place.

In Australia, the Meriton chain of hotels is the best in the Service Apartments category. * Fully equipped spacious rooms * Ease of availability for all amenities * Centrally located making it convenient to reach all tourist, food, and shopping places within 15-20 minutes. A special mention of Jess and Isabel from the Front Office who made our entire stay extremely comfortable. They were very professional and totally helped us with all our requirements.

The location & privacy are unbeatable. I brought some friends out from Canada & our stay in the Cremorne Point Manor Penthouse was the big crescendo of the trip! The ferry into Circular Quay is only one stop, passing directly alongside of the Opera House & the ferry jetty is an easy walk down the road. Unlike the CBD & many of the hotels there, you get the suburban peace & quiet, with minimal traffic due to Cremorne’s secluded location.
