We loved the chicks behind the accommodation and the lamb and kid my daughter was able to feed. We collected chicken and duck eggs. Enjoyed exploring the farm and meeting all the animals (chickens, cows, lambs, sheep, pigs, goats, kids, guinea fowl and wild wallabies and birds).

    A lovey tidy town which the locals are obviously proud of...

    A lovey tidy town which the locals are obviously proud of and take care of. We left in low temperatures and the council workers were already ut and about and tidying things and at work in the gardens. Was a lovely spot. Will come back and spend longer another time.

    There's so much to see, places to visit, and things to do in...

    There's so much to see, places to visit, and things to do in and around Stanthorpe. Also, take a drive out to Ballandean, a magical area just outside Stanthorpe. Visit Heavenly Chocolate, Anna's Candles, and Blue Pot Pantry, and don't forget to drive past The Pyramid. The Ballandean Pub is a charming little hotel and a great spot for a meal. Take the time to explore the region. p

    The information centre was excellent, I recommend this to be your first stop to gain local knowledge & information on what to do & see We visited the thermometer in town, I wish there was detailed information on the weather reading equipment that is housed in the park, overall a great experience

    We went to the Snowflake festival with our grandkids so we didn't get to see around too much at all - we will definitely be returning to check out the wineries and cheese factory's not to mention the granite belt attractions. If you haven't been before definitely get down to check out this gorgeous town.

    so many small business, wine ,cheese, apples, Christmas center, The Ugg boot lady, history displays, it was lovely to spend time enjoying the area. so much i did not get to see, It is a place that has something for everybody and the brass monkey.

    The estate is beautiful and perfectly located for day trips into Stanthorpe or Girraween. The friendly goats were a joy to feed. It was so relaxing being able to sit and enjoy a glass of wine while the kids played on the expanse of lawn and watched them pat and feed the goats. The house was comfortable, fully equipped and spacious for our stay as a family. The night sky was spectacular and beat watching any movies hands down.

    From the moment we arrived, we felt so relaxed in the beautiful bushland surrounds. So easy to get to Stanthorpe's fabulous wineries, cheese farms, apple and strawberry orchards and surrounding areas. I can fully recommend the on-site restaurant and bar, the food and drink were delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer!

    Family took out 3 rooms and found this motel to be comfortable and in great proximity to the main street shopping district of Stanthorpe. We were within a 3 minute drive of the Red Bridge historic site. and a simple walk to great views along the river. Totally enjoyed the Granite Belt Christmas Farm.
