Beautiful location. Spa, table tennis and darts Beautiful home Secure yard for dogs Beach nearby has limited access for dogs, however Ventnor Beach is only 10mins away by car. Great surf beach and great for sunrises.

    The main beach is beautiful, with a ramp for all abilities (and dog) access. Dogs are allowed on lead at the beach at specific times. The water and sand are clean. There are rockpools to explore at low tide. Smiths Beach General Store provides for basic provisions during the day. Smiths Beach is a short drive (less than 10 mins) into Cowes and The Nobbies.

    A very comfortable well appointed first floor apartment. Quiet nights with views of lights along the coastline from balcony and sounds of surf at nearby Smiths Beach. Abundance of birdlife including harriers hunting on dunes, ducks,geese and friendly domestic chickens. With a good variety of breakfast items we started the days at our own pace and finished with a dusk stroll across the paddocks to sit and watch wildlife at the dam before returning to the cosy warm apartment to cook dinner. A very enjoyable stay.

    Great location - easy walking distance to smiths beach and YCW. The house was very well set out for our needs. The different levels meant the kids could have their own space separate to the adults. We loved how all the spaces had plenty of seating, especially the big table on the deck where we dined most nights undercover but with a nice view looking out to the gum trees and distant fields. The outdoor shower and downstairs laundry were very handy for our beach days. The property had everything we needed!

    Beautiful house, very spacious. The facilities were amazing, including the kitchen, bbq, spa and laundry. There were also plenty of nice places to relax - outdoors area and grass was lovely. Location was excellent - within 5 minutes to YCW and Smiths beach. Beds were comfortable and cooling easy to use. Most of us didn’t want to leave. If I came back to Phillip Island I would try book this place again.

    Spacious house for few families to stay in. Big outdoors area for BBQ and hosting facilities. The kitchen has plenty of plates, cutlery and everything else you need. Walking distance to Smiths Beach. Great communication with Helen the owner.

    Centrally located for the beach and the racetrack. I have stayed at over a dozen houses at Smiths Beach over decades and this is the cleanest, most modern, with the best facilities of the lot.
