Everything! Diana and Bernie made us feel at home right away with the prompt replies to our queries and requests. Our pet Bantay really enjoyed playing with Penny-she's very friendly and playful. Our son loved meeting the camels and going around the farm. The house and surroundings were perfect for our small family, complete with everything we need for our stay. The free breakfast was a big plus, more than enough. Clean and comfy. Thank you very much, Bernie and Diana! What a fantastic property. The check in experience was easy, despite not needing to meet with anyone. There was a parking space helpfully allocated to our part of the property. The room was very homely and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would have happily stayed longer but we were just passing through. The host was also extremely friendly and very communicative.

Breakfast was not an option at the hotel but we found a lovely coffee shop in Sale. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and very efficient. The woman (owner) we spoke to when we checked in at reception was very friendly and helpful and told us about restaurants that were open for dinner in Sale. She also contacted us after we left about a couple of items that our friend had forgotten in her room...very nice to have that kind of attentive follow up and service.
