Gem of a property & location. Great value steak night Thursdays. Loved the water dragons in the beer garden and the tawny frog mouths sitting on the verandah.

I wish there was a further smiley face to show how exceptional this property was. It was immaculately clean, well appointed my husband a chef was hugely impressed by the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable the rooms large, the shower is big with nice toiletries, plenty of towels and decent water pressure. I was incredibly grateful for the air con in the largest bedroom having just arrived from the UK the day before in the middle of an Aussie hot summer. The space is furnished in a utilitarian manner with minimal decoration but it has beautiful wooden floors and architectural features. It was delightful to have a large parking bay at the back of the property. I felt very lucky to have Roches bar across the road we had some delightful food definitely leave room for the deserts. The communication from the host was better than most hotels. We even had a little carton of milk and some tea and coffee on our arrival. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay and definitely worth a visit. I can’t recommend it enough.

Good communication in advance of arrival. Very Friendly welcome and interaction during the stay. Lovely house with a nice view over the paddocks next door. Loved the books about the history of the clarence valley.

We didn't have breakfast at the Air BnB as we needed to leave early to arrive at a running event. The breakfast provided had excellent options though and would have been perfect.

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. Absolutely loved the location. Had a great time, bbq, paddle boards and canoe and sport equipment there to use. Highly recommend and will be back one day. All we needed
