1st is the service - the room/ bathroom were kept clean the whole time we were there. I appreciate also the nespresso so we get to drink fresh coffee every morning. The room was spacious and location is also accessible. Thank you for the comfortable stay we had.

Our room was clean, spacious, and the hotel was conveniently located for taking the trains, grabbing a meal or grocery shopping. The two pools, work out room and washer and dryer made the stay feel like home. We had everything we needed for our 10 days in Australia.

This hotel is located 10 mins walk from Parramatta station. Property is very big and rooms are very spacious. Beds are comfy and large . Bathroom is also big. Best hotel in this location. Travelling in sydney is good and best via trains. Taxis are very expensive. Parramatta wharf and restaurants are walkable nearby. Rest all was ok and excellent.

These suites are amazing! Spacious, tidy, with an amazing view and a balcony as well. Pool, spa and fitness are included in the prize, which is really cool. The location is close to the ferry, trainstation and woolworth. The stay there was a really pleasant experience.

Great central location. Super friendly staff who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrived. It was my birthday as well as the friend I was with. And although only one of us was staying there, they gave both of us chocolates and cards. Lovely decor and everything within walking distance.

Everything the Staff are always smiling and are always helpful. The spacious clean rooms, the comfortable, crisp, clean beds. The lay out of the Lodge. The children’s park is great if you have little ones. The self serve laundry is convenient and the generous amount of parking spaces is great also.

    The areas is very highly populated by southern Asian people, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka etc. Most people seemed to be nice and hospitable. FOund good choices of food from this region, i.e Indian, Sri Lankan etc

    It was dirty and not cleaned, no cleaning products the broom...

    It was dirty and not cleaned, no cleaning products the broom and mop they did have there was filthy and mouldy, we had to go purchase cooking appliances, dishes and cutlery as there was no way I was eating off the dirty dishes. The whole house smelt, food all over the floor, nothing worked in this property and the shower was filthy. The best part about it was when I closed the door to leave it. Do not recommend renting this.

    Only the lounge room and beds were clean I asked if there is an Iron before we checked in so she placed before we came. Disliked · There is no heater at this property and no warm blankets and my sister suffered hypothermia at midnight and I was almost about to call ambulance. I filled warm water in bottles and massaged her hands and legs No hairdryer and shower was broken and all water was going out of shower because of which my new clothes got wet by the time I came out of shower. Kitchen was sticky and smelly Room carpets were very dirty.

    I forgot to tell you that the pillow cases smelled of sweat.

    I forgot to tell you that the pillow cases smelled of sweat. Maybe it hadn't been changed. The owner has to be more deligent in cleaning. i was planning to book for more nights on the way back from Fraser island but i don't thinh i wiil now
