Moss Vale is in the centre of the southern tablelands. Lots to see and do We ate at Dormie House, Memorial Club and Bundanoon Easy to get around with car. I have relatives living in Moss Vale and Bowral and my mother was from Wingello so have been coming down this way all my life and I am now 75. The towns have all grown in a good way. Convenient location. Extremely small double room. More suited to a sole traveler. No elevator so difficulty climbing stairs with luggage. No bellboy. No air conditioner but had a fan. Room very dusty with only one opening window. The other window had a broken sash therefore couldn’t stay open. Paint hanging off wall. The room hadn’t been vacuumed before arrival as it had pieces of tissue on the floor next to bed. Staff pleasant, restaurant food quite nice with attentive server. Nice grounds but room shouldn’t have been offered until it had been renovated. Felt ripped off under the circumstances.
