We went for Baconfest and while we couldn't find any crispy bacon at the festival, there was plenty of other food, drink and entertainment. The Farmgate tour was great. If you like bushwalking, Boat Mountain is about an hour to the north and a lovely walk. We recommend this lovely little town.Guest review byLyndaAustralia - 10.0

Town is underdeveloped but has all you'd need.

It was so beautiful, new and clean inside, even better with 2 bathrooms. We stayed the night there, for New Years Eve, visiting my families that live in Kingaroy. Plenty of car spaces, close to all the shops, quite area, home away from home. I will definitely book with Markwell Street Villas again.
