The manager/ owner was very helpful and knowlegable for the surrounding sights of Echuca. It was a very modern, clean and well presented unit. We had been allowed to enter earlier. We would book it again and are recommending this motel to other guests.

    Really enjoyed our hour long cruise on the “Canberra” Paddle Steamer. The American Hotel was a lovely experience with live music and great food. Lots of fantastic places to eat, any time of the day. Everyone seemed very friendly and helpful. On leaving Echuca we followed the Silo Trail back to Benalla.

    Very inteesting histotic town/city in Victoria. Have ben there often before and will visit again. Very well organised town, plent of historic sites to see and excellent restaurants/pubs, especialy the Shamrock Hotel and the Curry Club.

    Echuca is a beautiful place to visit.

    Echuca is a beautiful place to visit. The food outlets provide excellent food service and the variety of shops are worth visiting. Echuca wharf is a great place to enjoy watching or cruising the paddle steamers on the Murray River. Plenty of things to see and do for everyone.

    The availability of a wide range of restaurants and shops. Within easy reach and all quite amazing. One thing I mentioned to everyone was the blue, blue sky! We don't have that blue sky here in Colac. The trip up the Murray River was fabulous and really interesting especially with the information provided along the way. It is a beautiful town and we'll worth visiting and enjoying its beauty. Places that impressed us were The Hungry Goat (fabulous snacks and coffee), Niko Niko (outstanding Japanese and Korean food) .

    I go for the Winter Blues Festival end of July, they do a wonderful job and the pubs are awesome but very busy. So much history in this Town it is well worth the visit, best to wait till summer as it gets cold and very wet in winter. I could easy live here.

    We have visited Echuca many times and it is always enjoyable. Highlight of this stay was the pizza delivery to our hotel room by Roma Pizza&Pasta - on time, good price, hot and delicious and just what we fancied.
