Room was comfortable, clean and convenient. The hotel down stairs did delicious meals so didn't have to venture out to find a restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Robyn and Col are super friendly and welcoming. Multiple rooms of the house were available to us, including lounge room and outdoor verandah. Got to experience farm life - milking the cows, feeding the donkeys, playing with the dogs and cats. Delicious breakfasts, with generous serves and varying options. Tea, coffee, fruit and sweet treats available during the day. Plenty of fresh towels and face washers. The pillow menu provided multiple pillows of varying firmness. A wonderful place to stay!

The host, Brooke was amazing! The instructions on location were clear and the property was exactly as it was expected! I also loved that I could take my dog! Very welcoming and suitable for pets.

    I visited Western Arts Centre for a live show, followed by dinner and overnight stay at Drouin Pub, then the town market on Sunday. I could have relaxed a bit more but unfortunately I had to return to Melbourne.

    Really didn’t get chance to look around the area as we got in late and left the next were there for just one night. What we did see of te area it was very pretty and wed plan to go back and see more of it.

    What a beautiful little town to visit.

    What a beautiful little town to visit. Must visit the French Pear cafe if you go there, amazing food. When we went the public toilets needed some renovation and repair so were not pleasant to use but this did not deter from my view of the town and area.

    Just an overnight stay but believe we missed seeing a beautiful park. We needed more information to find such attractions . We arrived at school finish time so a good idea to avoid this time frame & traffic congestion.

    The room was clean and comfortable and not much noise at night to keep us awake. The food in the bistro was very good as was the service. In fact all staff were very helpful and pleasant. The Hotel was situated on the road we needed to travel on to the funeral we were attending during our stay so very convenient for that.

    I love the heritage hotel. Huge room & beautifully updated bathroom. Fabulous shower, very comfy bed. Nice & quiet area. A short walk to where I needed to visit. Very close to train station, cafe's & many other shops.
