We received the best hospitality from these super hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed the welcome brownies baked specially for us including the simple breakfast. Property had a lovely guest sitting room which had tv, fridge, microwave, and water kettle. Good place to chill or have dinner. The room was simple yet adequate, bathroom was clean, hot water worked fine, heaters in room and bathroom worked, handsoap had nice fragrance. Deloraine is a beautiful quiet town

The historic property and garden is wonderfully kept in pristine condition. If you want to stay in a historic mansion, this is the place! The snooker table is very special, even the Lodge in Canberra (Residency of Australia's prime minister) has it. I enjoyed my freshly cooked breakfast.
