the staffs who were helping us during the check in and check out were very friendly. the house that was given to us felt like a cabin which was nice. the view from the balcony was amazing. water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable.

Excellent. I can't recommend this place highly enough. All the small details are considered. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was perfect, extra towels provided. Stocked kitchen of teas and coffee. Really appreciated the welcome gifts of wine, milk and sparkling water. Easy safe free parking. Highly highly recommend.

The room was really clean. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was smallish but water pressure was great. The room was spacious. Microwave was a bonus. WIFI was great. The location was perfect. We could walk into town for meals etc. The host was lovely, friendly and helpful.

    Stayed at Beachfront which was great value for money,...

    Stayed at Beachfront which was great value for money, central location, within walking distance to most attractions. We ate at Food & Brew for lunch & the iconic Lobster Shack for dinner, with some afternoon beers at the newly opened Bicheno Beer Co cellar door. The blowhole is a short walk or easily accessible by a short car drive. Beautiful seaside town with lots to offer, definitely recommend staying a night or two.

    Coastal walks were superb.

    Coastal walks were superb. We could see the lookout on the hill but had great difficulty in finding information about it & easy access - a wasted opportunity for new visitors to the area as once up there the views were fabulous.

    I must admit that when I saw the property I was very disappointed .advertised as a lake view on the bay,It was a mediocre motel at best and the lake was a dirty children’s play pool really but dirty and I would never have let any children of mine anyway near it.

    Bicheno was very enjoyable and a great location to stay a few nights and enjoy the surrounds. Well located to do day trips north or south along the east coast. Enjoyed the Penguin Tour. Very scenic location.

    Bicheno is a lovely small town that caters for all needs.

    Bicheno is a lovely small town that caters for all needs. The coastal walk are some of the best in Tasmania with the flat granite boulders bordering the town, through to the blow hole are far superior to the Bay of Fires.

    Our accommodation was great, the view was amazing.

    Our accommodation was great, the view was amazing. Sadly, we were unable to view the penguins. A lot of people chose to ignore the sign with instructions on viewing process. I would go back there again, although there is not a great deal to do, it was quiet, pretty and very relaxing.

    We loved our stay. The cottage was excellent. Very spacious and scrupulously clean. The attention to detail and all the little extras was excellent. We could see that a lot of thought had gone into making sure there was everything guests would need.     The Wheel House is a great little self contained unit that has all the facilities you need for a short stay in Bicheno. It is close to the beach so great for walks. The continental breakfast was very basic with cereal and toast. The host was pleasant and left us to our own devices.

    We stayed in Bicheno in the winter off-season and we still had a really great time. Bicheno by the bay was so central and our cabin was so cozy - it was absolutely perfect for a stop over as part of a winter road trip. I'm sure it would be great for a longer visit too.
