The place was amazing very near the beach. Clean, the restaurant was right next to the hotel I left my baby bed gaurd and didn't expect to get back but the people who working in the reception i didn't hear his name but so kindly everyone helped me to get back. Im so glad and I really appreciate 🙏 If I go to bundaberg I will definitely stay there and want to thank them in person. Thank you for your kindness 🙏 Hope you have a great week 😊

A really beautiful place to stay. We had booked here so that we could attend a barrier reef day trip and we have all come away, wishing we were staying longer. It is such a quiet, peaceful area that still provides lots to do. The apartments are brilliant.

Beautiful little motel retreat with a gorgeous garden and big pool, very peaceful but in the prime location of Bargara, the room was decorated stylishly in a way that makes you feel at home, very clean and had everything that you’d ever need for your stay. Cosy, comfortable and 2 seconds from the beach front nearby other cafes and restaurants and shops. The owners are the cherry on top, incredibly welcoming, caring and helpful - thank you :-)

We enjoyed our overnight stay in Bargara. The accommodation was delightful. We loved the space. The unit was superbly clean. The spa bath was most welcome and enjoyable. The view was amazing. We enjoyed relaxing on the verandah. The lock up garage was a bonus and we are very thankful for it. Thank you.

    Bargara is small and very laid back. it is easy to drive...

    Bargara is small and very laid back. it is easy to drive around and not a lot of traffic. We enjoyed coffee at Rick's cafe in the heart of Bargara. We aso enjoyed having lunch at the Bargara Bowling Club. On another occasion we took outselves over to Burnett Heads where we enjoyed the local fish and chips around the Marina. We love walking and Bargara certainly is the place to do lots of enjoyable walks especially alongside the beachfront. The walking paths, along with plenty of seating and restrooms have been well organised by the local council. Cannot wait to return net year.

    Close to the coast. A modern housing area. Well serviced with a shopping centre. Plenty of choice of takeaway meal providers. Easy to access Bundaberg. We went to the Bundaberg botanical gardens and museums. Get the 3 attraction combined ticket. The Bert Hinkley aircraft display and multi media was great. The flight simulators were fun. See photo.

    I have been coming to Bargara for over 30 years it is a...

    I have been coming to Bargara for over 30 years it is a beautiful seaside town. There are wonderful cafes, great food at the hotels, taverns, golf club and bowls club. I'm lucky enough that I have family living here so come very often. It's only about 15 minutes to Bundaberg to check out all the great attractions. Also whilst in the area make sure you visit Tinaberries for a delicious icecream. There is so much to see and do in and around Bargara grab some pamphlets and make the most of your stay. When in season checkout the turtles, sit on the waterfront and watch the whales, dolphins etc swim by. Take in the wonderful Dawn Service on Anzac Day if your in the area.

    Lovely peaceful area and great base to travel about the area to experience all the area offers - easy travel to/from turtle encounters, explored Bundaberg (heaps of sugar industry at Fairymead house in botanical gardens), beautiful view at Hummock lookout and lovely fresh fruit/veges at lettuce patch on the corner to lookout.

    Absolutely beautiful beaches.

    Absolutely beautiful beaches. So much to do other than seeing turtles. Would not recommend visiting Mon Repos Turtle Centre. Rangers continually rehashed same information over and over. We were asked to be there at 6.30 pm but did not get called to go to the beach to see turtles until 10 pm. By that stage we had been sitting around education centre for hours and were all really tired. We we herded into a tight space where we could barely see a turtle laying eggs. We left before the turtle laid eggs. Kids were sleeping on the sand and it was very boring.

    Bagara itself is great. We travel there frequently.

    Bagara itself is great. We travel there frequently. In good weather, the beaches are terrific. It has good facilities and is a safe area. We are even considering a permanent move here. Bagara is only 14km Bundaberg. There's plenty to do around the area We usually get an apartment where we can cook our own meals if we want. There is a good Woolworths supermarket in Bagara. The Bagara pub is brilliant - they have great meals. There are also a number of places where you can get a meal - formal and casual and takeaway.

    Well I liked everything. Well stocked, full kitchen with full size fridge, clean, low set 2 bedroom unit, in a group of 3, with laundry area, comfortable bed, recliner lounge chairs, outdoor dining area, just around the corner from the beach front, reasonably priced. Walking distance to everything in Bargara, shops, restaurants, hotel, village centre, and the well designed and maintained beachfront esplanade. Louise, who was managing the unit was very helpful. From the street it looked like an ordinary house. What was there not to like.

    Great position with a very short walk to beautiful Kelly Beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant and 20 mins to the main Bargara shops and cafes. There was a lovely large sitting/dining room and use of a garage for the car. It was clean and modern and bright.

    Extremely clean house, not far from the nice Bargara and Mon Repos beaches. The host was accomodating and very quick to answer to our requests. There were not enough cutlery for the 7 of us when we arrived, but the lady kindly came to provide us with what was missing.
