The holiday, laid back feel. I grew up there until a teenager and back for every holiday, so have always had a soft spot for my hometown. Was a work trip but plenty to do if it was a holiday , very diverse and friendly , great variety of shops, clothes, gifts , jewellery ,food , cafes , beaches , history, plenty of places to stay, varied in price ,worth a drive . We love the room, it was very comfortable, clean, warm and cosy. Staff were all very patient and helpful. Bedroom slippers provided. Hotel is a convenient drive to places like the gap, misery beach, bald head, and little beach was not too far of a drive as well.
