What a nice hotel! Comfortable place, very modern and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. Big up for card system in elevator. Room was beautiful, we’ve been speechless when we came. Room equipment was on the top. The view was stunning and A BED SO COMFY!

Really good apartment: clean, comfortable, soundproof, good heating system, all kind of kitchen and bathroom amenities. City centre is 7 minutes far by tram and there’s a train stop to the airport 5 minutes far on foot. Will stay there again if going back to Vienna in the future.

    I have visited Vienna for work and play more than 100 times.

    I have visited Vienna for work and play more than 100 times. I always find somehting new, but I take time to revisit old haunts. My recommendation for anyone visiting Vienna is to take it easy; do not try to jam too much stuff into every day. A trip to the Crown Jewels display should take much more than an hour----enjoy it. You can spend all day in the Art History Museum and still not see everything. A Kaffeepause is an art form----take your time. Similarly, during the spring/summer and fall (when the weather is decent) eat the evening meal outdoors and enjoy the find soft Vienna evenings. Do not just go to the tourist attractions.

    Wonderful city full of life and history.

    Wonderful city full of life and history. Visiting the churches, the palaces, the museums-there is so much to see and learn. We attended a concert At Mozart House. The Vienna Film Festival was going on so we went each night. The public transportation is easy to use. Definitely go.

    Stunning, friendly, clean city with lots on offer. Abundance of palaces and stately buildings. Lots to see and do. Parks, Schönbrunn tour, concerts, Spanish Riding School, Belvedere.. the list is long. Nice network of trams and underground.

    My niece studies in Vienna and I often visit this city. I love Vienna and Austria. This is an exceptional country in Europe which despite a lot of other nationalities and tourists never loses its uniqueness, it has not lost its image, history, traditions.

    We liked the free of charge visit to Parlament, the Votive church, the classical music.concert, the squares, the parks, Belvedere exhibitions, the cathedrals. We found difficult to use the means of transport to reach Belvedere.

    Rioca is truly in a league of its own, by far the best accomodation we have booked. The distance to the city centre is compensated by great metro, tram and airport train connections. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed free coffee from Rioca. The room was cleaned, with a modern style and impressive facilities including TV, AC, bluetooth sound system, bed with RGB ambiental lighting, fridge, freezer, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher and hair dryer. We loved Rioca and will definetly book again next time in Vienna.

    Excellent location. We flew to Vienna, jumped onto the City Airport Train (which run every 30 minutes directly to (and from) the city centre and take 16 minutes) at the airport and the hotel was just outside the terminal in Vienna. The walk to the city centre felt safe and didn't take very long. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby and bar area were very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

    The staff were very kind and excellent in their service. Although my flight was very early in the morning, they offered me a lunch box to take along to the airport. The location is easily accessible and is 20minutes walk to the Vienna city centre and 10minutes walk to the train and underground station. There are trams as well within 3minutes walk to the hotel

    A very nice receptionist Lady explained not clear rules on parking fees in Vienna. Apart from that, the hotel provides its own parking space for additional fees. Very good breakfest. Nice location in a walking distance to the city centre, that is also easily approachable by bus.
