The hotel has a great location, near bus station 150-200 m, also near the ski lift, with a great mountain view. And it is not far at all from the main street either for those coming by car. The design inside is very charming and authentic, with attention to details, it feels cozy and stylish at the same time. There is a lovely spa area and a very nice bar with TV. The rooms are big and warm, with a balcony, very comfy beds and nice radio in the bathroom to enjoy some shower music. The food is delicious and it offers quite a large variety both at breakfast and dinner. I would recommend taking the half board option rather than just breakfast. The staff was very polite and very careful to ensure the food and drinks flow at the right time and all your dietary needs are satisfied even if it was not listed in the menu of the day. The owners are such amazing people who are working so hard and very kindly taking excellent care of their guests, even if some unusual circumstances arise during your holiday. As we say, "the human blesses the place", and this hotel is just so charming and lovely, all thanks to their owner and their hard working, fam Eder.

Incredible stay at the hotel, it felt like a dream to wake up with the views from 2.000m above Zell am see. We loved every seconds. Many beautiful hikes on the mountain, the cable car passes included in the stay, lovely breakfast buffet. The room was incredibly beautiful.

Amazing staff, very clean and nice room, delicious breakfast, great facilities (sauna, storage room for skis) and super nice location between two lifts. We definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we visit Kaprun in the future.
