I know and choose this hotel always on my way through Austria by car because it is a great location, nice breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillow. The service people are always nice and smiling. The rooms are all named after fruit and tastefully decorated according to their name.. Breakfast is lavish, but, unfortunately, the buffet is cleared at 9 o'clock. We were originally booked in a budget room under the gables. Luckily, we could pay the difference and stay a superior room on sight.

Very comfortable clean and spacious room, the crew was friendly and helpful. We were bit late to check in, the receptionist waited for us. The breakfast was varied with extra fresh breads, good coffee! The abbey was 5 minutes on foot.

    This was the most positively surprising hotel on our summer vacation. The price might make you think it is somewhat mediocre but that is far from the truth. The owner is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless, the beds-albeit twins, were incredibly comfortable, there was a ceiling fan in the room for the hot evenings, the breakfast was outstanding. We were able to store our bicycles without issue. This was a definite standout for us and we would not hesitate to recommend this to others and stay here again!!

    Smooth check in with a pleasant host. The location of the hotel is very suitable for exploring the Wachau area. Bathroom was very clean and the kitchen well equiped. A recommended place. Great value for money.
