Hotel is large and during our stay busy. Coach delivery of guests during evening and morning collection resulted in a lot of people traffic. Breakfast was good choice, evening meals were fine. Parking outside was busy Motorcycles and car parking at times and walkers enjoyed the hotel. The Hotel is located on a hill and for some walking may prove hard outside hotel grounds.

A fantastic, well equipped and very comfortable apartment. It was also very spacious and there was a washing machine in the large bathroom. The kitchen had a bean to cup coffee machine which was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and communication with the owner was very good.

We were seven people in total and stayed here with absolute comfort. It is warm, spacious, quiet and clean. The kitchen had a lot of dishes and cups, all sorts of things for cooking. We also used a sauna on the premises which is very affordable. The best part is having a private ski room with a heater!

The fact that we came for the second time and spent Christmas at Bergkristall says it all. The cleanliness, the room, the bathroom, the comfortable beds, the delicious food. The spa area with the two saunas and the relaxation room are extraordinary, clean and well maintained.

    We were there for the 4th time and as usual everything was perfect. We were there during Easter and the host was so kind to surprise us with chocolate bunnies and eggs for kids and bottle of wine from their winery. As the apartment is located on the top of the hill, you have excellent view down to the valley. If you are in obervellach with kids, don't forget to stop in Motorik park and pools.

    This hotel was right in the centre of Obervellach, the room was lovely although compact (perfectly good for one night), very quiet, nicely looking courtyard and a really good breakfast. It was also nice to sit in front of the hotel and have a drink. The staff were very friendly. Very convenient with bikes and right by the Alpe- Adria cycle route

    I really liked the room. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking. The hotel is located near the route to the waterfall. There is a cafe nearby. Supermarkets are 1.5 km away, bus stop is 1 km away. We had a very good rest! Thank you for the comfort!

    Very nice location, good view from both rooms we had. Clean hotel kept in very domestic decoration. Many choices for breakfast, fresh products, hours of serving very long. Staff really nice and helpful, they can speak English.
