A perfect experience! Nationalparkhotel Klockerhaus impressed us with its exceptional location right next to the Krimml Waterfalls and breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly, warm, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony offering a wonderful view of the waterfall, the mountains, and the beautifully maintained surroundings. The food was delicious and varied, served with care. Everything is arranged with attention to detail and a warm atmosphere. Everything was perfect: location with a panorama view over the town and mountains, our balcony had fascination view on the waterfalls; rooms are big, clean, modern, all materials are of top quality; great breakfast, super cozy restaurant area; amazing sauna and relaxing area, top new!!!; host and staff are super friendly and helpful to make your stay just perfect. We stayed at the hotel for a few days. There is always a free and private parking spot for your car. The room is cleaned daily and the towels are replaced. It's clean, but you need to get used to the fact that the bathroom doesn't have enclosed walls. The breakfast is tasty and good. The administration is pleasant. There is a free washing machine available for use.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely room with a balcony. Superb views onto surrounding mountains and valleys. The food was excellent quality with generous portions. There are lovely seating areas outside (covered and uncovered). With such good food and a bar on-site we didn’t need to go anywhere else. The receipt for the stay also gives you a 2 day free pass to the waterfalls. There is secure storage for bikes too. Beds are super comfy and the breakfast was the best we’ve had on our cycle tour.
