We had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly caring and attentive throughout our visit. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the entire hotel was absolutely perfect. A special mention goes to the chef and his amazing dishes — during our one-week stay, the dinner menu never repeated once, which was truly impressive. Breakfasts were also excellent: in addition to the buffet, you could order from the menu. The Eggs Benedict on brioche and the fluffy pancakes with berries were unforgettable! Thank you for making our daughter’s birthday so special — we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Highly recommended!

Our stay at MyApart 1709 was nothing short of exceptional. As a group of two families with four children each, arriving from Greece by car, we were looking for a memorable getaway, and this hotel exceeded all our expectations. We were impressed by the spacious and clean rooms from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was legendary—far beyond what photos could ever capture. The attention to detail in the equipment and decor truly enhanced our stay. We spent countless hours enjoying the balcony, the lovely backyard, and the fantastic sauna. The ping pong table was a hit with both the kids and adults. The view of the Austrian Mountains was breathtaking and provided a stunning backdrop to our vacation. But what truly made our stay special was the warmth and hospitality of the owners. Their kind welcome, genuine support, and insightful recommendations stole our hearts. It’s clear that they put their heart into every aspect of the hotel. August, keep up the great work! Nice check-in by front-desk staff. Room was excellent. A very good size with an equally well-sized bathroom. Hotel has a nice vibe, layout is well done with restaurant tables nicely spaced. Decor is very agreeable. Walking distance to city centre is very doable. In winter one is right next the Hahnekamm lift. And again a nice check-out done by front-desk staff... Not going to happen, but bet the hotel is vey nice for a winter ski-vacation.

Beutiful architecture and design. Very clean, cosy and practical hotel. Amazing, helpful and kind staff. Good quality breakfast. Very near to the town center and train station. I will come back there for sure. This hotel was one of the most important reasons my stay in Kitzbühel was so beautiful.

    Small village beside ski lift, a couple of restaurants, a bar on the slop and several hotel/apartment houses. Skiing starts directly from the centre of village, and in summer, I believe, there are many nice paths to see the nature.

    This is a very nice 5 star hotel which is just far enough away from Kitzbühel to be away from the masses. The hotel was spotlessly clean - everywhere and the room is made up at least twice per day. The breakfast was exceptional. If the car park seems full just give your key to the reception and they will park it for you. All the staff (yes all of them) are incredibly friendly and demonstrated perfect manners. The Barmen really knows his stuff - I recommend you ask for a G n T - you won’t be disappointed.

    They have a wonderful host. They are helpful in every way and always smiling. The hotel is 1 minute from the ski slope and is also near the place for apres ski after skiing. There is a very useful storage where you can store your skis. If you do not have skis or if you are going to go off-piste, there is a sports shop under the hotel ready to rent skis and the prices are very reasonable. Astrid and Hermann do a great job.

    I visit this area for more than 12 years. I have to say that accommodation in Dorfstub'n Jochberg was best which I ever experienced in Kitzbühel ski resort. Delicious cousine , friendly staff . Acccomodation is very modern , clean and roomy , probably after recent reconstruction. We were extremely satisfied.
