Host is always available, one press of a button from a frontdesk and being super friendly. Room was very spacious, for sleep there were blackout curtains which could block any sunlight (also there were mechanical blinds from outside the window). Many good TV channels. Coffee capsule machine inside the room and also ketle avalaible. AC was good, not too loud but not very quiet too (air noise only though), minimum fan setting is still quite powerful. We had a room facing backyard, very quiet, occasional vehicle would rarely go by. Bathroom was great, with amenities of four star hotel, only slippers and a robe missing! Twin beds can be pushed together. Bakery onsite is worth visiting! There is bus stop nearby which connects to old town and trainstation (403 and 404).

It is one of the best places to stay in Austria. Clean and comfortable room, quite quiet despite its location near the station. The food in the restaurant is amazing, fine dining and the breakfast service very good with a vast variety of choices. I would recommend trying the wonderful wine and spirits from the hotel's very own wine and spirits shop. There is a warm meal a-la carte service around lunch and dinner time, which I found life-saving after a long trip. I did not ask, but I am sure that hotel might accommodate the specific dietary requirements. There were vegan and vegetarian meals. I liked the fact that the majority of food was locally grown. The hotel staff, the receptionists, the chef were very nice and helpful. As of the reception staff, they genuinely strive to meet most of the guests' wishes and/or requirements. There is a hairdryer in the room (I would expect all rooms) and the iron station (professional grade) on the 5th floor to use if one needs it. During the night, there are sensor operated little lights strategically placed above the floor, so one does not need to turn on the light if one goes to the bathroom. The room temperature, A/C and the blackout curtains (as well as sound proof rooms) were perfect for a 5-star snooze. The wifi connection in the entire hotel is excellent, which was important for me and I find the work space on the 1st floor great for working. It is a great and inviting space, if one is hosting a conference, a team building or a conference. The view of the mountains is beautiful and, even though the hotel is situated in the industrial zone and close to the interstate road, did not spoil the entire experience for me. The little touches, design of the interiors spaces (industrial), sustainability and ecological awareness were a huge plus for me. I will definitely come back, that is for sure.

The room was clean spacious and nice, the bathroom is large and has all the necessary stuff, we even received coffee capsules and mentos as a gift. The location is very convinient near the border with Lichtenstein and Switzerland. There was a parking space and the check in process is easy. I recommend this place.

We liked people there, they have rooms upstairs and a nice restaurant on ground floor. The room was big but the furniture a little bit old. A set menu to choose for dinner. The breakfast is buffet. Delicious breakfast and dinner at a good price! Thank you!

Lovely quiet location with an easy walk into the old town. The old town had plenty of lovely shops and places to eat and drink, very picturesque. The property is typically Austrian downstairs with a lovely garden area to sit and have a drink, and the bedroom was large modern and spacious with an excellent quality bathroom. Comfy bed too. There is plenty of parking around the hotel.

    I did not know anything about Feldkirch prior to my visit,...

    I did not know anything about Feldkirch prior to my visit, other than that it was the westernmost train station in Austria I could travel to in order to get to Liechtenstein. Feldkirch has inventive and unique tourist brochures which really enhanced my stay and let me learn a lot about the city. The old town is very charming with a laid-back vibe (walkable from the train station), the hillside houses are very picturesque, and I enjoyed this city way more than I was expecting. I am glad I stayed overnight in Feldkirch to facilitate my trip to Liechtenstein. Now that I know more, I consider it worth a trip even without Vaduz on the itinerary.

    Beautiful medieval center with old houses and plenty of restaurants, cafés. Endless shopping possibilities compared to the size of the town. Lively Saturday market. Very good public transport. Amazing surrounding. Perfect for a base and making excursions to the surrounding mountains, towns and countries.

    I sort of randomly chose Feldkirch as an overnight...

    I sort of randomly chose Feldkirch as an overnight destination on a recent trip and was left wanting to return. I admittedly didn't know much about the town and chose it as a convenient location for logistical needs, but was immediately charmed by its historical character and bountiful options for dining, bars and shopping.

    Excellent Location as we were travelling by train on...

    Excellent Location as we were travelling by train on Interrailkarten. Next to Station but no problems with train noise except very occasional freight trains - sleep undisturbed ! Right next door to very good supermarket with two great cafes and the bus station too. Feldkirch a very pretty and historic town with Bonny Zoo - great for kids and adults - many good restaurants of various types. Handy town for surrounding countryside and other towns including Luxemburg

    Breakfast was good. Ample parking (dont bother parking in the front, there is a overflow parking that at first sight seems to be the hotel behind but is Löwens, it is nearer the hotel entrance as well
