Nicely tucked away near the slopes of Biberwier (850m away) and at walking distance of the local supermarkt Mmini making it very convenient during our family holidays. Parking in front of the property and they have thought of everything you’ll need for a great and relaxing holiday. Great breakfast buffet, spacious communal areas, lovely spa and a great optional massage option which we highly recommend (try the Tirol Massage, its doing miracles!) and an amazing interior kids playground with obstacle track, tons of games, books and other stuff to keep children of all ages busy. You’ll also find a big tv with loads of movies and a Wii to survive a rainy day. The Family Suite was also meeting our expectations when it comes to space, amenities and had a gorgeous view on the mountain from which we were also able to see the nice fireworks on New Years Eve. All in all Monte Vita exceeded the expecations of what we would have expected from this type of concept and made us have a wonderful family holiday where each one of us was being served at his needs!

Out of the 16 hotels that we stayed in during our Europe trip Boutique Hotel Bellevue Lermoos stood heads and shoulders above all others. The room was beautifully appointed and spacious, as so were all common areas in the hotel. Although we didn't use the spa during our one-night stay, we checked it out. The spa with swimming pool and large rooftop lounge area looked stunning and would by itself be reason to return to this hotel.

    Biberwier is part of the Zugspitze area, just after the border with Germany. You have to pass part of the Fernpass and that is sensitive to traffic jams but in general, easy to access. Biberwier is a small village but in the neighbourhood, there a sufficient place for dinner and drinks.

    It's a small quiet village, very close to Lermoos and...

    It's a small quiet village, very close to Lermoos and Ehrwald. You can walk all around in the fields, hike up the mountains or cycle. Only problem was to walk there in the night, as the fields are completely dark and there is no lighted path between the villages. Still, the biodiversity of the Zugspitze Arena is quite impressive and there are lots of beautiful views around.

    The hotel staff was very friendly, and surprisingly - very young. During our entire stay, we were greeted and escorted with a smile. Breakfast was good, you could say standard, so there was enough for the table. The room was clean, standard. Reccomend to try local beer and very good schnitzel
