Staff was super friendly and gave us a good room with a view. The junior suite was really big and comfy. Bathrooms were clean, and towels changed daily. Location is best. There are plenty of authentic restaurants nearby.

The receptionist greeted me by name—a thoughtful touch that left a lasting impression and made me feel valued and recognized as a returning guest. The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Throughout my visit, the staff’s commitment to making guests feel welcome was evident. They consistently offered friendly, attentive service, creating a genuine atmosphere of warmth and care. Whether it was a quick smile, helpful recommendations, or prompt responses to requests, the team at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in the city. This is a great little gem in an excellent area of Yerevan. I booked it on a whim and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs, like laundry and finding us taxis. This hotel is wonderful.

The location is great, very close to many restaurants, parks. Breakfast is decent, staffs are extremely nice and very helpful. I would definitely go back again because how friendly staffs were.
