Siranush (Sirik) is an amazing host! Once I made reservation, she reached out right away to confirm, helped me with an address as it s not showing on Google maps due to new area around. She offered pick up and drop off. My flight was very late and I was so happy I got picked up! Therefore, even if your flight is like 3am, not to worry, they ll pick you up. Transfer os little pricier and you can definitely take yandex taxi you have an app. But if you r tired after long flight and it s arriving super late, it s nice to not to worry and get a transfer arranged. Further, the room was super clean, check out was flexible and I could sleep un a little. I think because it s not a high season, check in and check outs are more flex, which you never find in regular hotels! Siranush fed me amazing breakfast and I left with great mood ready to explore Yerevan Strongly recommend!!! Thank you!

Everything was perfectly clean and felt brand new, nothing was broken, nothing was missing, beds were comfortable, linens and towels were fresh, all toiletries were provided and sleepers too, breakfast was abundant and staff was exceptionally helpful and hospitable - overall, absolutely wonderful experience!

This was most loved accommodation in my 9 nights in Yerevan !! That nature of this NGO makes for the best in ethical environmental travel. Home made wood furniture and quilts. Just enough room always one person in each area could speak perfect English. Fridge, shower with strong pressure hot water, window solid European brand the opens 2 ways. Quiet area for 7 rooms with separate lounge area closed off from rest of operation. Just being able to walk about this oasis with areas for making pottery bread artwork was relaxing. Staff who were deaf or refugees very engaging and easily understood. Fort excellent and over abundant. Wish I could stay longer. Few blocks to walk to cathedral and into town centre.

I travel a lot with family, and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed. We stayed in family suite , very large rooms and living area, it even has kitchen. This is an amazing pocket of Armenian culture in one place! The staff are amazing, know English, the food was delicious and the breakfasts were plenty filling and included many tradition Armenian dishes. Beautiful gardens, and a large territory you can explore. Very positive vibes from this place, hospitable, helpful, not to mention the prices are amazingly low for such a great establishment.

A good location for a stress-free holiday in Vagharshapat, Artson B&B Vagharshapat is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the city.

it felt like home. the moment you walk in they are there to great you and show you around. you get to see their beautiful garden, where which you can help them pick grapes or other fruits, then they show you around where they have a pool, a beautiful balcony and one of the rooms have a great patio. everything was clean, they had all the amenities needed and if feels like you came home. even though it’s a shared space it doesn’t feel as one.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The home is cozy, the bedroom is very comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, which is always reassuring. The location is excellent , very close to the airport, and the hosts provide free transfers, which was incredibly convenient. They are warm, accommodating, and truly lovely people. Communication is effortless as they speak Armenian, Russian, English, and Arabic, making it welcoming for guests from all over the world. The breakfast was a delightful experience, especially the homemade jam it was absolutely delicious! The entire stay felt more like visiting family than just being a guest. If you’re looking for a place that combines cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again! Thanks a lot! 🥰
