Fantastic beach, the sea is safe and is perfect for swimming. Modern Beachfront bars & Cafe culture. Every Restaurant we visited was perfect food - so I recommend to try all. Shopping is a 2 stop bus ride into town easily accessible. And local shops/ bakery/ fresh fruits are just a street away from the relaxing sea front areas. Brilliant Town planning. The sea front is Fantastic anytime of day or night. For walking, relaxing, cycling, brilliant sunsets .... Places of interest the monastry and historic sites close by are worth visiting. I felt very safe everywhere I visited. The locals are lovely, welcoming friendly and helpful. Vlorë was great, quiet and chilled through the day and really comes alive at night. The Lungomare ‘strip’ was extremely long and caters for everyone. We went to the Vlora ‘old town’. It’s either been renovated recently or built for tourists but it looks extremely new - it consists of about 2 streets and a little square but is very nice with a good vibe and a few good bars and restaurants. The city of Vlora is a fairly large tourist center. The shops have everything you need, the food in the restaurants is delicious. The locals are very friendly and nice. Vlorë has very nice beaches but not really good public infrastructure. Restaurants were not very clean and the food was very restricted. For pizzas and fisch there was no problem, supermarkets were in every corner, very few pharmacies and medical aid.Guest review byBesimAustria

We arrived in Vlore at night and we had another rented apartment which went wrong and by miracle we found this place at the last minute. You welcomed us very well, super friendly, you were our savior, otherwise we would have spent that night in the car. When we arrived, the man showed us around the house and spent a long time talking to us and showing us places we had to visit in Albania and we went. I recommend this accommodation 10/10. It’s a family-run business and the staff were kind and welcoming – they even waited for us late into the evening for our arrival.
