Staff were brilliant - everyone was so polite and helpful and always happy to chat and give recommendations, order taxis etc. The hotel was super clean, new, and comfortable, and I loved the design and the Albanian rugs! Breakfast was also great with plenty of options.

The room was clean, and the bed was beyond extraordinary, so comfortable. The staff was very friendly, they helped us with everything and gave us recommendations on what to visit in the city center. At breakfast, you can find a variety of tasty dishes. The spa and pool area was very clean, and it was nice and relaxing to spend time here.

It was new and comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, the staff was very nice they even helped us with problems we faced with our car rental agency without us having to ask for any help . We only stayed there for a night , but we wish we were staying for longer

Everything but the location in particular. Absolutely bang in the centre of Tirana with everything close by and yet totally silent even with the window open!!! There are two bottles of mineral water and two tea bags which is a rare thing to find in a guest house in Albania and really appreciable. The place is absolutely spotless with a great shower. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very responsive. Definitely recommend this guest house.

Food was good, every morning they asked if we'd like some eggs and in which way. Staff was very friendly and it made our stay so pleasant. We had a pretty room and everything was very clean. Location was also good. I recommend.
