I only have superlatives for this spot. This place is heaven on Earth. Book without hesitation! The views are extraordinary! The rooms are clean and comfy. The food is incredible, extremely tasty. All products come from their own production, and portions are massive. The prices for the food are good value. Use the cold pool for a morning bath. We ended up extending our stay by 2 more nights. The hosts are super friendly and will make you feel at home. Lola is a super host! Make sure you get picked up. You can only reach it by 4WD in 1h or by 2,5h walk up. It will be 12 euro 1 way with the hosts (2023), which is a great price as a taxi quoted us 60 euros This is a spot run by a genuine and traditional family who put their heart and soul into the place. They live there over generations, adding to 110 years, built it to look the way it does now over the last 15 years and opened it just 2 months ago. I can't recommend it enough. Is the most genuine experience you'll have. Go with an open heart and mind

Beautiful location. Lovely traditional stone house. Big garden outside space for sitting , eating out and parking. Restaurants close by and at start of Blue Eye trail. Elena who is the daughter looked after us very well, speaks perfect English and translated for her father so we could speak to him about the area etc . She is a capable and efficient young girl.

We had a wonderful stay at this newly refurbished, family-owned hotel. The team was incredibly warm and welcoming, offering helpful local insights that was helpful. Each morning began with a delicious homemade breakfast—thoughtfully prepared and one of the highlights of our stay. It was a comfortable experience. Thank you

The hotel is almost brand new and clean, rooms comfy. The hotel has a perfect location, right next to the river, where you can swim and with a short walking distance to the town center. Also the Grunas Waterfall is nearby, ca. 30 min walk.

We tried 2 hotels in the Theth area and this one has the best starting point for exploring all the hiking areas around. The staff is really firendly. The hotel is pretty new and modern. There are nice restaurants around for good dinners. Breakfast served in the hotel is good.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both lovely. Location is perfect for doing the Theth to Valbone hike. There is also a shop near by.

It is a familiar business, however they do not speak fluent english, they are adorable and try to make you feel really confortable. We stayed for a drink with them. Also, well located, near the Blue Eye (hotspot).
