Very nice hotel, both architecturally and environmentally (magnificent golf course and paradisiac gardens). Although located quite far from Dubai downtown, but easily accessible thanks to the free shuttles, it is full of such a multitude of activities (water sports, golf, beach, restaurants, bars, horse riding,…) that time flies too fast. A huge thanks to all the staff who are eminently helpful, dedicated and respectful of each of their customers ! A very special “thank you” to : - Reception team : remarkably professional and welcoming. They do not hesitate to go out of their way to satisfy the slightest need or fix a possible problem. All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.

Two things are perfect: I love to stay on the edge of town when going to Dubai for business. I do business by myself, so the quiet and cozy small rooms are perfect. The rooms also seem to be well maintained and everything is in good condition.
