The breathtaking views, the extravagant apartments, and the world-class service made this an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you to Hamza, Lisa, and Anel—their warmth and professionalism made us feel so welcome. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, always ready to help with a smile. We were given the most incredible two-bedroom apartment with a private pool on the 44th floor, offering an unreal panoramic view of Dubai and Palm Jumeirah. I still can’t believe my luck! Waking up to this view every morning felt like a dream. What truly sets this hotel apart is how they cater to every guest’s wishes. No request is too big or too small—they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. And I must say, Hamza has become more than just a manager to us—he is a true friend. His kindness, attentiveness, and incredible dedication to his work make him an exceptional person and a true asset to this hotel. Leaving is heartbreaking—I truly have tears in my eyes! My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable and new. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I had a problem, the reservation staff were very friendly, tried to make me feel better. They recommended that I write to the support team. Then I wrote to the support team, they responded very promptly and solved my problem.

We have stayed at the One and Only Palm (which was exceptional) and decided to try this new one. They are very different in style and feel. The palm feels like a family home, very personal and comfortable. This one is ultra modern, city vibe with many dining options and nightclub etc but also outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by the staff and the amazing property. We had dinner in StreetXO which was great and the breakfast was so good. Not just the usual huge buffet but a combination of A La Carte and buffet which was a very nice touch (no standing waiting for an omelette). We then spent the day at the infinity pool which was perfect (high end beach club feel) Thank you One & Only Za'abeel and staff!

"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

    The Tours that were available were of a good choice of locations and different types of evening food selections good. All the staff were friendly local cafes to visit in the evenings. Using the MTR is the best way to get around, Taxi's are good value.

    Great experience for our first time, possibly a little too hot when used to British weather! Didn't experience a lot of places due to small baby but all malls were baby friendly and everyone is so welcoming - amazing hospitality! Beautiful country, lots of construction but great if you're able to explore.

    It is now the scam centre of the world.

    It is now the scam centre of the world. It is now so money orientated. There is a stealth tax on everything. The roads are always busy, and as it is such a large city, it can take a long time to get to some places. The food and restaurants are many and generically good. But now very expensive. Many brunches now do not serve alcohol, so be careful when booking.

    My worst experience was staying at stellastay Al Barari as I was shocked that no housekeeping provided, so there was no changing of towels, linens and apartment cleaning. The dusts everywhere in the apartment, the toilets sinks are stocked, and the water keep accumulating, also the building near by a construction area with loud noises. Very bad customer services or I can say not available at all.

    Dubai is truly a city of wonders—modern, vibrant, and full of life. From the iconic skyline to the cultural richness, every moment of the trip felt exciting and memorable. The hospitality was warm, and the arrangements were smooth. One challenge, however, was the intense heat wave, which made outdoor exploration a bit difficult at times. Despite that, the comfort of the city bus service ensured we could still enjoy the sights in a relaxed way. The tour seemed thoughtfully organised, possibly with government support, as it reflected Dubai’s emphasis on providing visitors with world-class experiences. Overall, it was a rewarding journey. The mix of futuristic development, cultural heritage, and excellent services made the visit both enjoyable and insightful.

    The place is really beautiful, lots to see and do. A great place to go although it was crazy hot when we went, however every place we visited made a noticable effort to keep it cool. From malls, musuems, even on dessert safari it was alwasy extremely comfortabl. The food was amazing and very broad to accomodate all dietary groups

    The hotel really exceeded our expectations. It has the best location literally 30 seconds walk and you're down on the most beautiful part of the Dubai Marin near Pear 7. JBR beach can also be reached by foot in 15-20 mins tops. Marina mall is 3 mins walk and you can find everything you need there. The staff was extremely polite and helpful and I would like to say special thanks to Mehedi Pathum Tarak who was taking care of our room and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable.

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the staff were amazing and made us feel special from the first to last minute! The lake view from our room was spectacular and the location of the hotel is also perfect! We were within a few minutes walk of the metro station (definitely the best way to get to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa because you miss the crazy traffic) and Dubai Marina (awesome waterfront cafes and restaurants). Loved our stay there and will definitely be back soon!!
