This hotel is a great idea for a trip to Abu Dhabi. It's located in the touristy Yas Island part of Abu Dhabi and it's literally a 15 seconds walk to the WB theme park. In my room I got free tickets included for every night stayed per person. To be used at WB world, Ferrari world or the Water park. Exceptional value! The hotel has a large outdoor pool with a bar and a large movie screen playing family-friendly selections from the WB catalogue. The rooftop infinity pool is for adults only and the food was amazing al lround. Abu Dhabi centre is around a 30 mins drive away and the Yas Island mall is really close. A lovely breakfast at the hotel is worth adding if you plan to go to the parks and it's a great buffet selection. During Check-in we were given great service by Aude and were also joined by Bugs Bunny!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel ! The service was literally exceptional ! The staff Rifa and Eain at the front desk assisted me with fixing me a room with such calming and happy energy, even tho it was super busy and overwhelming. Also the room was spacious and clean. Facility itself looked very new and well maintained, and the price was reasonable. Huge thanks to Rifa for your kind support ! I’ll definitely come back again !

Staff are nice & friendly. Plenty of smiles & very courteous. Two names I remember are Raul & Daniel. There were other members of the staff were all brilliant. The pool & facilities were all good. Security I had to use my room card to access the lift. Good security. The lobby area, Tea / coffee / biscuits / cake shop. Very nice. Bon voy discount. The room has a balcony, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The fridge in the room was good. I was able to keep water cold. The cube radio with blue tooth is another nice feature. Overall, everything was fabulous & all going I plan to stay there again in 2025 with my daughter. Thank you

    Arrived at 4pm but the room is not yet ready, we check in...

    Arrived at 4pm but the room is not yet ready, we check in almost after 1 hour of waiting , then the owner called me at 10am for check out because the next guest aleady arrived & waiting, he said if the guest booked for 1 day the check out is at 12am. I told him the standard check out is at 12pm not 12am . He said this is the rules in the UAE. 😇 I replied to him No, this is not true, then we're hurry to prepare then transfer to other hotel. Anyway, my family liked the room because it is big & clean.
