Staff was nice and helpful, recommending what to visit. Limited breakfast, but very delicious. After checkout we were able to leave our luggage and explore the area. They offer toilet and shower, next to reception, for those that have checked-out. Overall a great accommodation and good value.

I recommned to taste coconut coffee. 👌 The host really nice and helpful. 10/10, the best place from our trip in north Vietnam.

The homestay is very close (about 2 km) from Tam Coc (easy bicycle ride). The staff is very helpful and friendly, helps with booking bus tickets. You can order dinner at the homestay.
