Situated in Havelock North, Lodge On St Georges features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. This holiday home provides air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The property is non-smoking and is located 22 km from McLean Park. We had a large adult family group plus extras and the lodge was perfect as everyone had their own space. We also hosted extended family for a couple of evenings and the outside area was great for this entertaining, the tennis court and basketball hoop were well used. There is everything you need for a great holiday. Kate our host was excellent, very quick in responding to queries and very helpful during our stay, thank you Kate!

But even before that, when we arrived, there was a cheese board and Prosecco that the hosts had prepared for us. It was such a nice surprise! A bowl of fruits and everything for a very nice continental breakfast the next day. The garden area was astonishingly beautiful, with a mix of wilderness and manucured areas. It was like being in the wild but really, dominating the town. The chalet decor was done with a lot of care and taste.

Very well fitted out with everything that you could want. It is a self check-in but the owner still came down to ensure we were ok. Complimentary bottle of wine in fridge was a nice touch.

The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, free shuttle service and organising tours for guests. The hosts couldn't be more amazing. It was very clean and cozy, a cabin feel. The hosts were great informing us where to eat, and Don even had a glass of wine with us to discuss New Zealand more and answered some of the questions we had. Very good people we loved to support!

Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. So peaceful, lovely having a place to ourselves in such gorgeous surroundings. We spent 2 days exploring the area and getting some much needed rest.
