The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

At the chalet complex, certain units are equipped with a coffee machine and wine or champagne. The property was so special - its location amongst the forest trees covered in snow, the design of the property and its amenities were all amazing. Sitting in the onsen whilst it snowed outside will be a memory for life. The concierge team were so helpful organizing restaurant bookings, ski lessons, hire cars and shifting our ski gear around Japan.

Quick walk to center of town , lovely breakfast and rooms were super clean . Most importantly, Chan was an amazing host!! He helped us in so many ways during our stay, even getting us to our snow monkey tour bus when we were running late . Wonderful stay!!

A beautiful, clean, and cozy place. Convenient location right next to the ski lift. The hotel owner is an incredible woman—she helped with any questions and even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station. The food was delicious.

The owner and his wife were very welcoming and made us feel like one of their guests visiting their home. They offer private time for outdoor ofuro although the reservation cannot be made in advance (need day-by-day booking after returning). Also the ¥1,200 yen breakfast was really worth it, served with freshly baked bread & homemade apple jam. Really recommended!

At Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets, free shuttle services are provided to and from local supermarkets and Hakuba Station during the winter season. Ski storage is available at the reception house. Absolutely amazing! Great value for money, we got an adorable bug apartment that had everything we needed and beyond that. Highly recommend!

There is a shared lounge at this property and guests can go skiing and cycling nearby. I loved everything here. Usually lodge has only Japanese futon in tatami room but we slept comfortably in bed. Breakfast was tasty and hospitality was incredible. They also have sauna 😍

We stayed for two nights here. The owner is so friendly and the atmosphere is so good. Breakfast is included and very delicious. Although it’s not that close to the JR Station, there are a lot of restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back.
