Great location located near to all the main attraction, the property is on the ground floor, in case you have big suitcase, you don't have to worry of carrying the suitcase climbing up with the staircase. It is a quiet yet convenient location and the place is safe too. The AC and the wifi works perfectly which is another bonus point for the property. Bear in mind this property is a loft and it doesn't have any window but it don't really bother us so much.

The apartment is very well located, close to the Campo di Marte station and walkable to the historic city centre, in a safe neighbourhood. The interiors were fantastic and the flat itself was very spacious, easily able to accommodate around 6-7 people. There are 2 principal bedrooms and 2 more smaller bedrooms in the basement. There was a charming garden as well. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and we had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Matteo gave us some restaurant suggestions too, and left some guidebooks in the apartment to help us plan our stay in Florence. Would definitely recommend that you stay here! Thank you Matteo 😸😸

We, as a family of five persons, haven't to claim. We felt us like at home. Cost/performance rate top! Especially I want to thank Marco for his warm welcome and all support during our stay in Livorno and locations around. For breakfast, to drink, to snack, we had everything in this apartment and can't complain. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back next time when we are in Livorno. We only stayed a couple of days to make some hiking, and we didn't use the kitchen very much - but it's quite good enough for a self catering holiday. The Albergo practically next door has good food and wine and also the pizzeria 300m up the road was excellent (pana cottta chocolata is to die for!) Peaceful & quiet village about 10 minutes drive to Abetone. We found everyone very friendly and kind.
