Even when I fell ill, we were met with care and compassion – a doctor was quickly called, and we received helpful advice and support from several people, always offered with a warm smile. Our jungle guide was exceptional – knowledgeable, respectful of nature, and full of insight. The whole experience was seamless and filled with genuine hospitality. The location of the lodge was great, away from the busy village and surrounded by the peaceful jungle. The best is falling asleep to the jungle sounds and being able to watch wild monkeys from the wooden huts. There's no electricity so make sure to charge all your devices beforehand. Highly recommend.

We booked this stay for the night after our 2D/1N jungle trek and it served us as a very comfortable rest point. The food was very good as well. We could easily stay here longer.

Have nice view of Gunung Sinabung. Although breakfast is not included, it's cafe also serves delicious western food. Like the quiet yet calming of the atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!
