Liza e la sua famiglia molto ospitali e gentili, ci hanno spesso offerto dolcini locali, il raki ed altro. La casa era molto carina e spaziosa , con grande giardino, ottimo per le cene. Con vista sulla città, Antigoni's Seaside Lodge, a beach retreat! propone un alloggio dotato di terrazza e balcone, a circa 100 metri da Spiaggia di Rethymno. Accommodation was as shown on the current pictures and description: very nice venue, new and clean. The contact with the owner was very nice, helpful and fast. Parking was always easy. Beach is directly around. We enjoyed our stay a lot, were happy and would definitely come back and therefore recommend it to everyone.

If I could give this place a 100 - I definitely would. It’s a true resort property located just 10min drive from the coastal line. It’s spacious and at the same time designed in a way that offers privacy to all guests. If you are looking for a quiet place with unique vibe, away from touristic crowds, where you can truly rest and recharge - look no further! Mourtzanakis Residence is a true retreat for tired souls. I know it may sound poetic but this how I felt. It’s a home away from home. I felt very well taken care of! Marcos, the owner of the place, is an amazing host, helpful, tactful and very cordial. Thank you, Marcos! Now, a little bit of practical impressions: * very clean, spacious apartments, well equipped for a longer stay * a generous breakfast with a selection of local food (feta, Greek yoghurt, jam and bread, orange juice etc.) * beautiful garden; the apartments are naturally infused in the landscape. I guess this creates this relaxing vibe: you’re always surrounded by nature. It was a pleasure waking up each morning hearing cicadas, birds chirping, or sheep bells or watching sunsets from the swing or just sitting outside with a book :) * local taverna is just 10min away on foot (located in Achlada village) - really good food! Important: * there’s no grocery shop in the village. So if you come for a longer period of time, and would like to cook for yourself, or simply to explore other places around and the seaside - having a car is a must. Overall, it’s a delightful stay! I’ll be back for sure.

A 16 km da Mura Veneziane a Petrokefalo, Dioni Stone House propone un alloggio con vista sulla montagna, WiFi gratuito e parcheggio privato gratuito. In questo chalet avrete accesso a un balcone. Probably the first place where we stayed where the reality exceeds the property photos. This is a gem! Beautiful, tastefully restored little house in a quiet remote village which is really close to Heraklion by car, just in 10 minutes you suddenly find yourself in a different world than the touristy seashore, a piece of traditional, rural Crete. But be aware, you do need a car - which is cheap to rent in Crete anyway. The owners left some tasty local products for us (honey, butter, marmalade, some bakery product, olive oil, even raki!) so we didn't have to care about the first breakfast. There is a place to park just in front of the house which is very convenient. (Don't be shy on the narrow streets that leads there, the car will fit).

Felenia Lodge - Summer Escape prevede un alloggio con piscina all’aperto stagionale, giardino e terrazza a Vryses e dispone di WiFi gratuito e vista sulla montagna. Owner was really nice and I really appreciate that. You have everything you need in this house. Pool is a bit small but is perfect for a refreshment. They have two villas, next one has a bigger pool and the owner made a upgrade so we used the big pool :)
